Legal issues with child custody?

My husband and I used to be extremely violent and abused drugs. We have sought treatment but during our journey to become better people we had a few set backs and our parental rights to our twins have been terminated. We now, a year and a half later, have better lives, stable jobs and are off all drugs and alcohol and have had no police interventions at all. We are pregnant again and we need this baby.
