Drug Intervention advice

anyone from south carolina know the laws about child protective services?

i reported something drug related over my precious grandson, i would lovingly take into my home, if necessary. they denied me, because i said that the parents use drugs in another room, instead of the room where the child is. that is shocking to me. anyone have any answers or advice? meth is the drug. they could crash and go into a deep sleep, while my grandson does something like climb out a window. he can open it himself. many things could happen. that is why i wanted intervention.

I DO know a grandparent who filed false reports, and committed perjury in court. All out of spite to the parent.
Remember, that an UNFOUNDED report does not mean they find the report false. Huge difference. Unfounded means that they were not ABLE to get enough proof to do something. False means they find it did not happen.
